This role
We're on the lookout for a standout Product Owner to complement our existing team and fulfil our product strategy. This role will see you join a progressive company at the forefront of HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Employee Engagement & Performance technologies, with the opportunity to grow and develop with us. You will be an integral part of our Product team consisting of Designers, Engineers and Product experts to deliver our product strategy that is aligned to our company vision.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, ideal for a mid-level PO with strong execution skills and experience collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. You’ll shape and deliver the first iteration of a subscription management system that lays the groundwork for growth, compliance, and a great customer experience.
As a Product Owner, you’ll:
- Own all aspects of product delivery from and discovery to go-live and into future iterations..
- Translate business goals (eg plan flexibility, billing automation, entitlement enforcement) into clear epics and user stories.
- Championing cross functional collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support to define scope, workflows, and dependencies.
- Work closely with engineers to scope technical approaches and iterate quickly on early builds.
- Build and nurture early-stage feedback loops from internal users.
- Document business rules and edge cases related to billing, upgrades/downgrades, and proration logic.
- Support transition from initial launch to scale by identifying post-launch gaps, tech debt, and growth opportunities.
Who you are
2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or platform business.
A builder’s mindset - demonstrated experience delivering a first release or greenfield product from scratch.
Understanding of subscription models, billing workflows, or customer lifecycle management is a bonus.
Pragmatic delivery - able to balance speed with quality; you’re comfortable scoping for first release and iterating post-launch.
Excellent communicator who can align stakeholders and bring clarity to complex systems.
Collaborative spirit - comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support.
