The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within the SaaS technology space, and will be adept at sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage global recruitment across functions (GTM, customer success, engineering, product, G&A, etc.) and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles, with a strong focus across functional expertise (Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, G&A).
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies are competitive and effective.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process to build a diverse workforce.
- TA Ops & Process Optimisation: Develop, refine, and standardise recruiting processes to improve efficiency and consistency. Own and manage TA tools, systems (e.g., ATS, CRM), and reporting dashboards to provide data-driven insights. Streamline workflows, ensuring alignment with HR, People Ops, and hiring teams.Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance recruiter productivity.
- Data & Analytics: Track and analyse key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring trends, etc.). Provide insights to business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data to enhance sourcing and recruiting effectiveness.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Partner with hiring managers to improve interviewing processes, training, and coordination.Oversee and refine structured interview frameworks to drive consistency and reduce bias.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between TA, HR, and IT for system improvements and integrations. Manage relationships with external vendors (ATS provider, background check partners, etc.). Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, data privacy laws, and employment regulations.

Skills & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in the technology sector. Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus.
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
Data-Driven: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve processes.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Experience with Lever is a plus
