You will work across all our brands building pages, ecommerce product pages and features which are seen by hundreds of thousands of visitors everyday.

Job description

• Be based in our awesome Manila, Phillipines office 🇵🇭
• Take ownership of the continued development of myjuniper.com, myjuniper.co.uk pilot.com.au, kinfertility.com.au and skin.software and other new websites we launch
• Run a sprint-based development process for scoping, prioritising and launching new website features and pages
• Collaborate closely with our Growth teams to contribute to the experimentation and optimisation process across our websites
• Advise our design and copywriting teams on how to best bring their ideas to life on Webflow and ensure excellent user experience across all devices
• Optimise shared-components, reducing redundancy in elements, symbols and styles to improve quality and increase build speed
• Ensuring website hygiene by working with Junior Webflow Developers to QA their work and make sure they area building cleanly with Webflow best practices
• Manage and upskill Junior Webflow Developers

About you

• A sound knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow
• Experience using custom code in webflow to enhance features and functionality
• Detail oriented and enthusiastic about creating visuals across different screen sizes
• Ability to implement design systems and develop interfaces that are consistent with brands
• You're comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
• Experience using design tools like Figma
• Experience managing a team and working with stakeholders

Bonus points for:

• An eye for visual design
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Experience using analytics and experimentation tools like Google Analytics, Google Optimise and Hotjar
• Knowledge of other Website CMS such as Wordpress and headless CMS like Contentful
• Passion for healthcare and scaleups
