The HR Reporting and Admin manager is a key leadership role within the People/HR team at Eucalyptus. The role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily Admin and reporting operations of the People Team, managing a team of 3 Admin and reporting specialists.
This role will build strong working relationships with our People operations lead, business partners and key stakeholders across EUC (globally!) This role reports to the People Operations Lead
Role responsibilities
- Oversight and effective management of all HR admin functions from recruitment through to offboarding including; job creation, preparing contracts, offboarding templates
- Overseeing the development of HR reporting on the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding with a focus on surfacing employee insights
- Being the key point of contact for Admin and Data related queries and request - with the ability to delegate down where needed.
- Running the office and facilities management functions
- Work with the people business partners to develop and implement strategy for the delivery of an effective and efficient HR admin model that supports the company’s growth and strategy.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading a HR Administrative function
- At least 3 - 5 years demonstrated experience in designing and maintaining reporting on end to end HR processes from recruitment to offboarding
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise insights from complex reports
- Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with all levels of internal stakeholders
- Proven experience managing a high performing team
- strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant field is preferred
