About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About the role

The Office of the CEO is the small team that exists to provide leverage to the CEO and leadership team, in whatever form that may take. Part analyst, part operator, part writer: an apprenticeship in how a 10-figure P&L division is actually run, sitting closer to the CEO and the core decisions than almost anyone at your level, anywhere.

You’ll report to the CEO’s Chief of Staff to combine problem-solving with hands-on execution, working proactively with Growth, Product, Legal, Finance, and other areas of the business to turn strategy into reality.

The best CEO offices in the world do five things: run the leadership team's operating rhythm, speed decisions up, produce analysis that everyone trusts, take on the problems that don't have a home yet, and produce people who go on to run things. Some examples of what this involves:

  • Produce the operating weekly view of the business that executives in the U.S., Europe and Australia run the company off - revenue, marketing spend and cohort economics across every market reconciled with the finance function of a listed company. You'll know where every figure comes from and defend any of them.
  • Help run the operating rhythm of the leadership team - the weekly business review, the executive leadership meeting, the monthly global all-hands, the quarterly offsites (the last two: London and New York). Agendas, packs, pre-reads, follow-ups.
  • Help build the analysis behind the biggest calls we make - group financial forecasts in conjunction with FP&A, repricing models with cohort analyses, stage-gate financial plans, a competitor's launch sized from external data, competitor tracking across different growth channels.
  • Write the words the company runs on - the all-hands narrative, the notes flying between Sydney and New York, the write-up when something big changes. Synthesis is the job: compressing complicated materials into things multiple different groups (leaders, all staff, new joiners) can absorb in one pass.
  • Take the problems that have no home - leading the change of rituals that the leadership partake in, rebuilding the system and execution of our Global Growth teams, integration workstreams, equity and payment models arising from the transaction with Hims & Hers where the tolerance for error is zero. They land in this team first. You run them until they're solved or until they've become someone's full-time job.

Pitch your own mandate. The surface area is the whole company. Market and competitor intelligence. Deep dives on companies and new verticals nobody has had time for. New market and category scans. A pricing engine. AI tooling for how the executive team works. A faster way for our global teams to see the same numbers, different capital allocation rituals. You’ll be encouraged to run projects you pitch.

One thing to know before you apply: This is an intense role working with an intense set of stakeholders who are committed to winning. We also span several time zones: Sydney, London, New York, and California. Some calls land at ~7 AM in Australia while some finish at 11 PM. The trade is responsibility years ahead of your experience, and a rate of learning we think you’ll find incredibly rewarding.

Why should you join Eucalyptus now?

The most rewarding careers come from being in the right place at the right time: The Facebook growth team in 2008, Uber while it was still in a few cities, Airbnb before the sharing economy. The pattern behind them is remarkably consistent: a truly global market, proven product-market fit, tailwinds driving double-digit monthly growth, and bottlenecks that are commercial rather than technical. The hard part is timing: after the model is proven but before the market has priced the upside.

That's where we believe preventative healthcare is right now. GLP-1s are the defining pharmaceutical innovation of our generation, and they've created an addressable market of more than 30% of the population of every country on earth. We're growing >10% month on month in markets that are less than 5% penetrated, and we've watched markets go from launch to nine figures of ARR in under six months. In this role, you’ll be privy to the capital allocation decisions and have exposure to some of the best D2C operators in the world in a truly global category.

About You (Who We're Looking For)

Skills and experience

  • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a high-pressure environment such as consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an operator in a recent high-growth startup. We're open to other backgrounds, but we operate at the intensity of these types of organisations and are uncompromising on our expectations.
  • Judgement under ambiguity: You can research a market or topic independently, work out what the unit economics depend on and the WYNTB (‘what you’d need to believe’), as well as landing on a clear, structured go/no-go point of view.
  • Communication and sharp writing: You write tight theses and clear slide decks. A one-pager an executive can act on without needing a meeting; a tight, coherent thesis; a clean deck. Synthesis is the job.
  • Commercial & financial modelling: You can build a commercial model from scratch, make your assumptions explicit, and defend them across market sizing, unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), and deal structures.
  • AI & Data: You're comfortable getting your own answers from data and know how to make AI work for you. You're genuinely strong with Claude, not just prompting it for first drafts, but using it to automate access to information, stress-test arguments, and build repeatable workflows. You see it as leverage on your thinking, never a replacement for it. The ability to self-serve using Sigma will also be highly valued.
  • Project management: You've run complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability on tight deadlines.
  • Founder mindset: You operate like a founder and enjoy the hustle of getting things done. You are an example of resilience and ownership - when something breaks, you fix it; you don't wait for others. You want to run something eventually and treat this as the apprenticeship for it.

Behaviours & Attitudes

  • You act like an owner and lead with humility.
  • You’re incredibly curious and enjoy stress testing your thinking and conclusions.
  • You are low ego and highly coachable.
  • You're resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • You move fast and can manage yourself to a high standard.
