The Senior Product Manager leads the strategic development and operational excellence of our Unified Commerce Platform (UCP), a cornerstone of our enterprise monetization strategy that spans both B2B and B2C markets! This position drives platform evolution through sophisticated orchestration of cross-functional initiatives, including enterprise tenant integration, financial systems alignment, global tax compliance, and user experience transformation. With technical program management expertise, the ideal candidate will implement platform strategy, establish governance frameworks, and deliver measurable business outcomes while navigating complex collaborator environments. This role directly influences platform revenue trajectories, scale, compliance positioning, and market differentiation through leadership across the platform ecosystem!

What you'll be doing:

This position is responsible for championing platform initiatives that align technical capabilities with market demands and financial objectives, while establishing governance frameworks that balance innovation velocity with stability and compliance. Defines success metrics and performance indicators to showcase the platform’s business impact and direct investment priorities. The role partners with technology leaders to refine platform architecture decisions that support scaling objectives and coordinates technical roadmap alignment across platform components to ensure cohesive ecosystem evolution. It implements strategic technical debt management approaches to maintain platform integrity while enabling growth. Improves platform operations with scalable frameworks to boost quality, reduce costs, and develop dashboards for leadership insight. This role aligns leaders, engineers, and users, improves prioritization for key initiatives, and establishes communication for faster decision-making. Furthermore, this position develops compliance frameworks addressing global financial regulations, tax requirements, and security standards; implements forward-looking governance models to anticipate regulatory changes and minimize business disruption; and establishes risk management protocols to quantify and address platform vulnerabilities across technical, operational, and financial dimensions.

What we want to see:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management, platform leadership, or similar senior roles

  • Consistent track record leading technical platforms with sophisticated collaborator networks

  • Sophisticated understanding of commerce platforms, payment systems, and financial technology integrations

  • Experience driving initiatives requiring alignment between technology, finance, and business objectives. utilizing advanced communication skills as well as an ability to influence leadership decision-making

  • Strategic program management expertise, including portfolio governance, risk management, and resource optimization

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams responsible for financial systems implementation

  • Track record of effectively engaging with collaborators across business units and leadership levels

  • Proven success navigating ambiguity and competing priorities in high-visibility environments

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA, Master’s in Technical Management, or equivalent, with advanced program management credentials or demonstrated experience.

  • Leadership in enterprise SaaS, commerce, or financial technology platforms, including experience scaling from single-tenant to multi-tenant ecosystems.

  • Deep expertise in financial integration, tax automation, global payment compliance, and knowledge of global financial regulations and payment security standards.

  • Proven success in platform consolidation, system integration, complex migration initiatives, and driving operational excellence with measurable business impact.

  • Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise change management, and presenting platform strategy to executive leadership and key collaborators.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
