Diag Software Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Software Program Manager to join NVIDIA’s Diag Software platform team. Our work has made major impact in various fields, and is used across leading academic institutions, start-ups, and industry, including the world’s largest Internet companies and CSPs. We need hardworking, and creative people to help us reach our Engineering goals.
What you'll be doing:
Engage closely with software, firmware, hardware, ops, and product PM to pinpoint issues and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements that streamline factory operations and boost yield.
Go onsite to the factory when required for firsthand insights and resource coordination, involving cross-time zone internal teams to expedite factory flow
Coordinate diagnostics software releases, manage process documentation, and collaborate with software PMs on issue resolution.
Lead postmortem reviews with internal teams and drive the adoption of lessons learned.
What we need to see:
3+ years of meaningful work experience
Proven experience in software program management, particularly in the engineering or technology sector.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and achieving results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Requires proven experience driving projects across multiple teams.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
