We are seeking a skilled and strategic Operations Manager to lead all aspects of the tools and processes supporting our Enablement and Education Services infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective delivery of training and enablement programs for our sales teams, technical specialists, partners, and customers. It also involves managing long-term project ownership while addressing real-time blocking issues. The person in this role will coordinate a high-performing operations team, streamline workflows across platforms, and continuously drive improvements that support business goals.

The ideal candidate demonstrates an ability to manage complex operations with an AI-first and automation approach, applying data-driven insights to improve efficiency and scale. They should demonstrate experience in leading complex operational systems with an AI-first approach, data-driven insights, and optimizing processes across multiple platforms. Challenges involve balancing project responsibilities with advanced operational issues. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the Training Operations team

  • Optimize learning and asset management systems through innovative technologies, including AI

  • Evaluate, select, and implement suitable tools and applications

  • Manage training tech stack vendor relationships

  • Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality standards

  • Demonstrate solid project management and organizational skills

  • Lead change management initiatives and foster cross-functional collaboration

  • Generate and analyze operational reports

What we need to see:

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

  • 12+ years overall experience in tech industry along with project management, vendor management and decision-making skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to quickly understand how applications work with each other

  • Technical skills to understand operational systems and software

  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, learning management systems, data analysis tools, and business efficiency tools

  • Experience with one or more of these applications: Highspot, SharePoint, Adobe Learning Manager, Brainshark, Salesforce.com, Tableau

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
