We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging with leading researchers at Korea major public/private research institutions and High educations. In this pivotal role, you will lead research collaboration with institutions and work directly with researchers to collaborate the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms actively. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise and project management experience, combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for presenting how NVIDIA technology can tackle sophisticated, real-world challenges.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for researchers who are using NVIDIA platform to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
Identify and accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating ground breaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA SW stack into researcher’s platforms and pipelines.
Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems in HPC and AI for science including material science, computational chemistry, climate, bio science, quantum computing etc.
Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive researcher engagement.
Plan and lead workshops and hands-on training to promote understanding of NVIDIA technologies, striving to expand and deepen the researcher ecosystem.
Represent and advocate for researcher technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from research collaboration to influence product roadmaps.
What We Need to See:
BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 5+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, direct hands-on development experience in accelerated computing.
Significant technical proficiency in high-performance computing, AI/ML and/or material science, computational chemistry, climate, bio science, quantum computing etc
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
Proven ability to structure and complete complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Hands-on experience optimizing HPC and AI algorithm, Experience Accelerated Computing and Data Science Training courses of NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, plus certification
Familiarity with advanced GPU computing, AI, and/or NVIDIA GPU acceleration platforms such as CUDA, CUDA-X libraries, CUDA-Q, Gen AI, PINN(PhysicsNemo)
Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.
