An awesome candidate is highly technical who is also comfortable with dealing with enterprise customers. You will join a team of Technical Account Managers and Solution Engineers focused on the NVIDIA compute technologies, Container Orchestrators, graphics applications, 3D workflows and tools and other Enterprise related system software in CSP environments. We are also looking for someone who has superb interpersonal and communication skills, given you would be working closely with our customers and engineers to understand, explain and resolve issues, and collaborate with the team to build scalable software.
This individual should have proven grasp of datacenter, graphics and Artificial Intelligence technologies, to provide comprehensive solutions for complex installations, maintenance, or operations for a broad scope of leading-edge products. To do an outstanding job in this role, we will be looking for a multifaceted engineer. This person will focus on Omniverse product in CSP environment which is our graphics and simulation platform focused on scalable real-time, high-fidelity simulation of large and scalable worlds. We are also looking for someone who has superb interpersonal and communication skills, given you would be working closely with our customers and engineers to understand, explain and resolve issues, and collaborate with the team to deliver scalable software.
What you'll be doing:
Work with CSPs, their customers and internal users to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of working with Omniverse product
Take ownership and drive customer issues with Omniverse from inception to resolution
Build upon the opportunity to research new use cases with GPUs
Bring independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to customer experience
Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate and solve issues
Author and incorporate technical solutions into our knowledge base
What we need to see:
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
You'll bring at least 6+ years system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer facing
Practical knowledge on one or more 3D workflows and tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender).
Familiarity with cloud-native and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented
Strong computer science concepts and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies
Professional-level communication skills, interpersonal skills with a passion to solve problems
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience as a developer and/or support escalation team member for large enterprise/service provider customers at a company that produces AI and data analytics software
Experience developing with C++ and python
Experience with NVIDIA libraries and models (e.g. CUDA-X, Omniverse, OpenUSD, RTX, Isaac, PhysicsNeMo, Cosmos).
Experience with robotics simulation frameworks (e.g., NVIDIA PhysX and Isaac SIM, Gazebo, MujoCo, Pybullet, Drake)
