As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our NVIS group. This role will concentrate on managing and directing strategic internal programs, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA's broader objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver with a strong technical background and outstanding program management skills, skilled at navigating complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines program management expertise with process engineering knowledge, turning operational insights into scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, plan, and complete key internal strategy programs that align with NVIS goals and NVIDIA's overall mission.

  • Collaborate with partners at all levels, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Develop program roadmaps, set timelines, and manage risks to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Apply project management methodologies to track progress, measure success, and adjust plans accordingly to meet changing needs.

  • Drive program performance metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive initiative.

  • Prepare executive dashboards and reports highlighting progress, impact, and value from strategic projects.

  • Support change management efforts — ensure adoption of new processes, templates, and validation standards across NVIS delivery teams.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or operations excellence, ideally in high-tech infrastructure or manufacturing environments.

  • Willingness to engage with distributed team members across different time zones.

  • Strong analytical perspective and ability to define measurable important metrics and business impact.

  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Outstanding communication and executive reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

  • Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about uncovering opportunities for process improvement and release management.

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities with a focus on thoroughness and rapid context switching.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies, large-scale compute deployments, or data center operations is a strong plus.

  • Proficient in project management tools and approaches (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Understanding of AI Factory workflows (pre-deployment, rack validation, cluster bring-up, Time-to-First-Train).

  • Experience managing continuous improvement or operational excellence programs in data center or AI infrastructure contexts.

  • Strategic approach combined with hands-on execution capability.

  • MBA/PMP/Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or similar methodologies.
