What you'll be doing:
Are you ready to embark on an outstanding journey with NVIDIA? As our EMEA Recruitment Director, you will play a key role leading and enabling our recruitment team to attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region!
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA talent acquisition team, including recruitment managers, recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and program specialists.
Define and execute the EMEA recruiting strategy aligned to business goals, workforce plans, and global talent priorities.
Partner closely with hiring leaders and cross-functional business teams to understand talent needs, shape hiring plans, and influence decision-making.
Collaborate deeply with HRBPs, HR leadership, Compensation Partners, L&D, and global program teams to deliver integrated, data-driven recruitment solutions.
Drive an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience, ensuring continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
Lead all aspects of full-cycle recruitment operations across experienced hires, early careers and niche technical talent.
Champion recruitment technology, analytics, and employer branding, ensuring the team uses tools, insights, and market data to hire effectively and competitively.
What we need to see:
5 plus years demonstrable experience leading a distributed talent acquisition function within EMEA, ideally in a complex or high-growth technology environment.
12 plus years expertise across core recruiting fields, including early career programs, DI&B initiatives, employer branding, and recruiting operations/technology.
Strong business-side collaborator, with a track record of partnering directly with key customers to influence hiring decisions and outcomes.
Effective collaboration with wider HR team including HRBPs, HR leadership, Compensation, L&D, and global program leads, with the ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive experience improvements and influence process, policy, and technology change (Knowledge of Workday & Eightfold would be highly beneficial too)
Data-driven leadership, with the ability to translate insights into strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
