The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking an experienced, hard‑working Contract Manager to join our dynamic and growing department. You will work with teams in IT, operations, engineering, and numerous other stakeholders to negotiate and manage commercial and procurement‑related agreements that keep NVIDIA moving fast while managing risk. You will also help build and refine the playbooks, templates, and flows that make our contracting both dynamic and efficient.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning end‑to‑end lifecycle for a high volume of commercial, technology, and procurement‑related contracts.

  • Drafting and negotiating NDAs, professional services agreements, MSAs, SOWs, licensing and vendor agreements, and similar commercial deals, with strong command of procurement terms (indemnity, liability caps, SLAs, data/security, payment).

  • Building and improving contract playbooks, templates, clause libraries, and process flows to drive speed and consistency.

  • Acting as a go‑to partner for internal teams on contract terms, processes, and approvals.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Roughly 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years focused on contract management or commercial contracting in technology or a related industry.

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume and quick-turn requests without sacrificing quality and drive negotiations on standard commercial and procurement terms to timely closure.

  • Experience developing and scaling playbooks, templates, and workflows and embedding them with cross‑functional teams.

  • Sharp attention to detail, strong judgment, and comfort juggling multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong organization and follow‑through, with a bias for action.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, stakeholders, and teams on short notice.

  • Familiarity with DocuSign CLM and other industry-standard contract management tools.

  • Strong adoption of AI tools and techniques to enhance contract lifecycle management and business outcomes.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep experience with procurement and vendor negotiations, including complex services, software, or technology sourcing.

  • Hands‑on work implementing or significantly optimizing CLM or other contract tools.

  • Prior in‑house experience at a fast‑growing technology company.

  • A track record of rolling out training, playbooks, or communications that make contracting easier for business partners.

  • A solutions‑driven mindset and evidence that you’ve improved contract processes, cycle times, or stakeholder satisfaction.
