We are looking for a Senior Supplier Management Program Manager for the Foundry Business Team based in our Santa Clara office. This person will manage, coordinate, and facilitate suppliers’ business interactions with NVIDIA internal teams, such as Planning, Engineering, and Finance. An ideal candidate will take initiatives to improve the business processes with suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:

This Senior Supplier Management Program Manager’s essential roles include facilitating effective interactions between suppliers and NVIDIA internal teams and managing the business transaction processes.

  • Build cross-functional alignment with Planning, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify requirements or strategies for effective business processes. Initiate and develop new business processes.

  • Review and track suppliers’ quotations/costs in alignment with business objectives.

  • Maintain pricing and part numbers in SAP, and coordinate with Planning team on purchase order issuance, price update, etc.

  • Partner with Engineering teams to compile test, yield, or other necessary data required for business transactions with suppliers.

  • Work with Finance team on Forward Cost Model, budgets/expenses, and cost analyses.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 8 years in finance or operations with program management experience.

  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills in supplier management.

  • Good communication and influence with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to learn and excel in new assignments/challenges.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to details in a collaborative environment.

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and familiar with other Microsoft tools, such as SharePoint.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
