What You Will be Doing:
Develop and lead the Global NVIS GPU and Networking Spare Parts Program and RMA infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness, accurate tracking, and efficient replacement workflows for compute and networking hardware.
Lead NALA spare parts operations, including cases tracking, and coordination of replacements to support field and deployment teams.
Be responsible for RMA workflows for Professional Services networking and compute hardware, ensuring timely processing, replacement coordination, case closure, and operational reporting.
Manage cost center purchase orders end-to-end, working closely with Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate categorization, budgeting alignment, and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with the Business Operations Logistics team to support global hardware logistics workflows, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, spare parts' distribution, and operational clarity.
Support the After Action Review (AAR) process for NALA Operations, helping track follow-up actions and contributing to continuous operational improvement.
Use NVIDIA operational systems to support logistics coordination, and operational reporting.
Support local and global operations and deployment teams, as well as 3rd party contractors, providing efficient and innovative solutions.
Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Field Operations, Logistics, and global operational teams to ensure efficient execution of hardware support and deployment readiness.
What We Need to See:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in operational or logistics coordination and workflows.
Experience supporting spare parts programs, RMA processes, or Professional Services operations in a technology environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency within logistics or operational workflows.
Fast learner, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook.
Willingness to work early AM or late PM to support global teams when required.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience supporting global hardware logistics or spare parts programs.
Familiarity with RMA infrastructure or hardware lifecycle support processes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams including Field Operations, Logistics, and Business Operations.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other operational and project management systems.
Basic understanding of legal terms and conditions, including basic negotiation skills.
