About the Opportunity

We are looking for an SDR to join the team at Flippa. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in engaging and reactivating potential business owners from Flippa's historical lead pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be setting Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) with leads that show strong potential to engage further with our services. You’ll work across email, phone, and text campaigns to connect with digital business owners who have expressed interest in Flippa in the past. Additionally, you’ll be available for special projects that support the growth of the team and platform.

As an SDR, you’ll get to:

  • Call, email, and text Flippa’s historical lead pipeline, aiming to re-engage business owners and set up Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs).
  • Conduct 100+ outreach attempts each day through a mix of phone calls, emails, and texts to set a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per week.
  • Identify leads that meet Flippa’s ideal customer profile and show genuine interest in selling their online business on the platform.
  • Assist with special projects that involve outreach campaigns or market research as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are properly nurtured and followed up on.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of lead interactions and progress in CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings for updates, forecasting, and coaching.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on setting Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs).
  • Experience in high-volume outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, text).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, for tracking and managing leads.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on follow-through.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Measures of Success:

  • Setting a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) per week.
  • Achieving or exceeding weekly outreach targets (calls, emails, and texts).
  • Consistently maintaining high data hygiene in the CRM by keeping records up to date.
