About FoodByUs
FoodByUs is Australia’s leading B2B order management platform for the hospitality industry. We connect manufacturers, distributors and operators, streamlining how venues order and manage supplies across multiple categories.
Our platform brings visibility, speed and control to a process that was once manual and fragmented. By consolidating supplier communication and order workflows into a single system, we help venues focus more on service and less on admin. We also integrate with leading POS systems like Square and Lightspeed, accounting platforms such as Xero, and offer advanced tools like Menu Costing - enabling operators to track ingredient pricing, optimise margins, and make smarter business decisions.
All technology is designed and built in-house in Surry Hills by a seasoned team from companies like Atlassian, Menulog and other top-tier tech environments. FoodByUs is well-funded, scaling fast, and led by founders with a strong track record of building successful ventures.
Why Join Us?
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the discovery, planning, and delivery of key features across our platform—from ordering flows and supplier tools to internal systems and 3rd party integrations.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, operations, and leadership to turn ideas into usable, high-impact product. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage initiatives end-to-end and help set the tone for how product operates at scale.
