We believe people are more powerful than they realize to create the change they care about in the world. Our tribe has formed around a central idea: No woman should face abandoning their child as the only avenue to survival. Together we bring hope, dignity, and empowerment to these people in their darkest time. Our comprehensive, locally driven model guides Tanzanian women on a year-long journey from poverty to independence. We help Tanzanian families thrive. We see mothers, grandparents, aunts, and fathers move their families out of poverty, grow a business, increase their quality of life, put good food on the table, and send their children through school. They find dignity and status in society. Ultimately, they can raise a healthy family forever—independent of us. It's not another story of a country where the problem is too overwhelming to make any difference. Rather, person by person, family by family, you can change lives.
