Role and Responsibilities
As part of our team in Frankfurt, you can make a real difference in bringing forward the local Engineering Function for Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE. Your expertise will help us to design and implement solutions in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as global requirements of the firm. For you, this will also be an opportunity to drive integration of our local deliverables into the firm’s global engieering programs. Your tasks:
- Drive implementation of regulatory requirements such as Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) into the legal entity specific governance framework
- Help ensuring compliance prior to respective regulatory assessments from internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, improve and automate regulatory required reporting, including respective Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators (KPIs and KRIs)
- Support regulatory interactions and submissions, as well as internal and external audit requests
- Closely collaborate with other regulatory functions in Engineering, such as Outsourcing Management and Core Engineering
- Ensure continuous alignment with local regulations, firmwide policies and standards
- Foster existing relationships with the information or cyber security community either inside or outside the financial sector
Qualifications
- Profound knowledge of technology risk, information and cyber security related regulation in the Financial Sector, e.g. DORA, EBA Guidelines on ICT and Security Risk Management, MaRisk
- Understanding of well recognized risk management frameworks and a proven track record of implementation
- Good understanding of Information Security controls, along with preferred and alternative implementations
- Clear understanding of cyber regulation, IT Management processes and best practice standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CobiT or ITIL
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, mind-set of ownership and excellent follow-through
- Experience in the field of data analytics (SQL, Data Visualization, automation) and certifications in the Information Security or IT Governance area, such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP are considered a plus
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
