As our Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how companies manage their cash, ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but also empowered through our innovative solutions.
You will be a vital part of our early team, directly influencing the success and growth of finance teams around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations systems management & onboarding: Configure and optimise our platform’s information systems to support efficient service delivery. You'll also implement and maintain robust data management processes across the organisation.
- Regulatory compliance & risk management: Oversee and enhance KYC/AML processes within our information systems. Develop and maintain documentation of compliance procedures.
- Knowledge management & training: Design and develop comprehensive knowledge bases and educational resources. Create user guides, training materials, and documentation to support effective use of our products.
- Strategic process analysis: Conduct data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements. Develop metrics and reporting systems to track operational performance.
- Business process improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Design and implement improved workflows and information management practices.
