More About the Inside Sales Manager - Asset Finance Role At Valiant
As we look to build out a fourth team in our Asset Finance department we are now looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead the team.
Key Accountabilities
- Fostering a high-performing team culture by leading from the front
- Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team, inspiring them to achieve successful outcomes for every client.
- Daily conversations with our lender partners to enhance lender relations.
- Ensuring clear compliance and call quality frameworks are in place and adhered to at the highest level, whilst constantly looking for new ways to improve the overall customer experience.
- Developing workforce planning strategies and initiatives, including learning and development initiatives.
- Providing daily customer insights and reporting to the Head of Asset Finance on team performance to ensure company objectives are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Sales Experience – Proven background in sales, either as a team leader or second-in-command (2IC).
- Commercial Lending and Asset Finance Expertise – Familiarity with commercial lending and asset finance is highly desirable.
- Passion for Staff Development – A genuine commitment to fostering employee growth and engagement within the team.
- Proficient in Cloud SaaS Systems – Experience with CRM platforms, dialer systems, or call recording tools is essential.
- Strong Organisational Skills – Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective Problem Solver – Quick thinking with a talent for resolving challenges efficiently.
- Analytical Skills – Ability to report on and analyse sales performance metrics effectively.
- Proactive Team Player – Ready to take the initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
