Reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager, the CRM Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. You’ll be hands-on with tasks like crafting and delivering engaging email campaign, building dynamic audience segments, and keeping our onsite and app content fresh and relevant.

This role is crucial in championing our Engagement Marketing team’s mission to drive data-led strategies that elevate the customer experience and help make this leading fashion marketplace a truly customer-centric business. About the role:

  • Assist in the execution and proofing of trade builds, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of brand partnership campaigns across all CRM channels, coordinating with fellow team members to effectively plan secondary content and integrate it with the broader calendar and CRM strategy.
  • Work closely with both partnership teams to strategise and implement best practices, ensuring CRM executions enhance mutual value.
  • Prepare weekly CRM reports, providing insights on performance metrics. Identify trends and areas for improvement to inform strategic decisions.
  • Take responsibility for key team reporting on Trade Optimisations, Secret Sales, CRM Initiatives, and BAU Calendar activities. Monitor performance, analyse results, and provide key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a support for key projects as required based on team priorities and business strategy
  • Take ownership of the weekly execution of App Cara A and B tiles, including briefing, building and execution, working closely with the Trade team.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to support BP (Brand Partnerships) and CP (Corporate Partnerships) initiatives, ensuring CRM activities align with partnership objectives
  • Support trade by developing and executing CRM initiatives where required

What it takes

  • A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
  • Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia
