T he only handbrake is the founder’s time, this is where you come in. As our first full-time hire, you’ll step in and take ownership of the wide range of tasks that currently sit on the founder’s plate. You will gain hands-on experience across every corner of the business.

This role opens up several routes to run with, depending on what lights you up once you’re inside the business: Operations & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Chief of Staff, Property Investment Specialist. Pick one path or blend a few—the role is deliberately broad so you can discover your niche, build skills quickly, and scale your impact (and salary) as the company scales.

What you’ll tackle

Core EA

Inbox & calendar command – keep the founder at inbox-zero, schedule/confirm meetings, prep briefs and capture action items.

Deal logistics – coordinate inspections, valuations, conveyancers, brokers and other stakeholders; track all key contract dates.

CRM hygiene – update stages in GoHighLevel, launch automations and chase follow-ups so no lead falls through the cracks.

Light finance admin – raise invoices, monitor payments, reconcile expenses and subscriptions in Xero.

Systems & SOPs – build, refine and house all checklists/Loom walk-throughs in a living knowledge base.

Growth & Ops

Social & content engine – plan and post to Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok; mentor marketing interns and respond to engagement.

Funnels & nurture – spin up landing pages, email sequences and newsletters; move warm leads to booked calls.

Data & insight – pull funnel and revenue KPIs, build a simple weekly dashboard and flag trends or issues.

Automation hunter – spot repetitive tasks and deploy AI workflows that save hours and lift accuracy.

Process improvement projects – own small sprints that remove bottlenecks, enhance client experience and drive ROI.

You’ll thrive if you… (nice-to-have, but not deal-breakers)

Have EA or ops experience in a startup, agency or real-estate environment

Know how to create content and grow social pages

Are tech-savvy: can learn new tools quickly (ChatGPT and YouTube tutorials are your best friends)

Polished written & verbal comms in Aussie English; comfortable on the phone with clients & suppliers.

Hyper-organised, proactive, and happy on-site in Sydney CBD office core hours.
