In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge on key growth channels including email marketing, paid media, CRO, and SEO directly shaping Morning Made’s market presence and significantly influencing our growth. Key Responsibilities: Email & SMS Marketing
Create, optimise, and scale automated email and SMS campaigns (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, retention).
Conduct rigorous A/B testing (subject lines, send times, creative) to enhance engagement and revenue.
Analyse and report on key email metrics: open rates, CTR, CVR, LTV.
E-commerce Optimisation (Shopify)
Audit user experience and website performance to identify and remove friction points.
Collaborate with design and development teams on UX/UI improvements and technical enhancements.
Run consistent CRO experiments, monitoring metrics such as CVR, AOV, and bounce rate.
SEO & Organic Growth
Lead technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation.
Coordinate backlink outreach and on-page SEO strategies.
Regularly track SEO performance, refining strategies based on organic traffic and revenue.
Paid Advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google)
Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC), adjusting bids and creative strategies accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the Brand team on campaign creative to maximise ad performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Produce clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports.
Manage and optimise our marketing technology stack (Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in performance marketing within a high-growth e-commerce or DTC brand.
Proven success driving at least 20–30% revenue uplift via digital marketing channels.
Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (or similar), Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and project management skills, comfortable collaborating across multiple teams.
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with influencer, affiliate, or DSP advertising channels.
Familiarity with CRO platforms such as Optimizely or VWO.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for quick edits or testing.
Passion for health, wellness, or sustainable FMCG brands.
