What You’ll Be Doing
Subscriber & Customer Growth
- Own Growth Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns to grow our customer base.
- Test New Channels: Collaborate with the team to identify, test, and refine opportunities on new platforms like programmatic native, display, and video advertising.
Campaign Management
- Paid Social Leadership: Build and manage high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Multi-Channel Excellence: Support Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and YouTube) and assist with paid LinkedIn campaigns when needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with designers and the broader marketing team to ensure creative assets meet campaign objectives.
CRO and Testing
- Landing Page Optimisation: Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments with A/B testing for landing pages and creative assets.
- Data-Driven Adjustments: Analyse and interpret test results to inform future strategies and improve performance.
Performance Analysis
- Insightful Reporting: Create and maintain campaign performance reports for key stakeholders using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Iterative Improvements: Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimise targeting, messaging, and bid strategies.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on performance.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to optimisation and reporting.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaign management.
- Knowledge of programmatic display and video platforms.
- Familiarity with CRO tools and methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for creative and landing page tweaks.

- Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing, ideally in an agency setting or a similar in-house role.
