This role will see you act as the first touch point for our potential customers after they enquire about funding. You'll play a pivotal role in our success by engaging with businesses, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, and seamlessly connecting them with our expert Brokers who will help secure their funding.

What You'll Do
Work with the sales team by qualifying leads over the phone that come through each day
Build on your product knowledge and gain a strong acumen in outbound prospecting to handle objections, understand SME issues/ pain points and communicate Valiant's solutions
Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
Keep up to date with industry and product knowledge to ensure you are providing customers with accurate and applicable information
The Ideal Candidate
Will be a graduate or undergraduates looking to enter the world of finance, or alternatively a background in sales, retail or customer service
Will have excellent communication skills
Excited to build a career in finance and sales
