About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Program Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact programs that advance climate tech and decarbonisation, particularly in hard-to-abate sectors. Reporting to the Chief Partnership Officer, you will oversee the full program lifecycle from ideation and stakeholder engagement to execution and impact evaluation.

This role requires strong project management skills, cross-sector engagement, and the ability to connect strategy with delivery. You’ll collaborate with startups, industry, investors, and government partners to activate partnerships, foster innovation, and amplify impact.

Key responsibilities

Program Development & Management

• Design and manage end-to-end climate innovation programs, aligned with Greenhouse’s strategic priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, program planning, execution, and post-program evaluation.
• Deliver high-quality content such as research briefs, stakeholder analysis, or insight papers.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, roundtables, and working groups with external stakeholders.
  
  

Community Engagement & Event Delivery

• Coordinate monthly signature events and program activations that build awareness and foster collaboration.
• Manage logistics, content development, promotion, and speaker coordination.
• Support the delivery of key engagements including delegation visits, launch events, panels, and networking functions.
  
  

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with internal teams to align program goals with broader organisational strategies.
• Mentor interns or junior team members to support their professional development.
• Contribute to reporting, insights sharing, and knowledge management processes.
  
  

Qualifications

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, Engineering, Policy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in program management, consulting, or partnership development within climate, innovation, sustainability, or related fields.
  
  

Expertise

• Strong knowledge of climate tech, decarbonisation pathways, and policy or investment trends in climate innovation.
• Experience working with government, corporates, investors, and startups.
  
  

Skills

• Exceptional program and project management skills.
• Strong partnership-building and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce compelling content.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Notion).
