More about the People & Performance Advisor - Payroll focus role with Domain
You’ll join our People & Performance Solutions team, working in close partnership with Payroll and HR Systems teams. This new role is a key hire to help reduce complexity, solve integration issues, and strengthen onshore capability. As our business continues to evolve, we need someone who can spot problems before they escalate, troubleshoot system and data issues, and support our transition toward smarter, more streamlined payroll processes.
Who we are looking for:
You’ve got experience in payroll operations and feel comfortable in the grey—solving problems, asking questions, and making things better. You’re detail-driven, calm under pressure, and enjoy partnering with both technical and non-technical teams alike. If you're systems-savvy and proactive, this role is for you.
You’re not just here to press buttons—you want to understand how everything works behind the scenes.
When a pay run doesn’t reconcile or a data integration error pops up, you’re the person who jumps in to investigate. You love pulling apart processes to see how they can be improved, and you're not afraid to ask why things are done a certain way.
You’ll likely have:
- Solid experience in payroll operations or advisory, ideally in a high-volume or complex environment
- A natural systems mindset—you’re comfortable using payroll platforms and navigating integration issues
- Strong attention to detail and accountability—you take pride in getting things right
- Great communication skills—you can explain system or data issues in a clear, human way
- A mindset that thrives in ambiguity—you stay focused, ask smart questions, and bring clarity to messy problems
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the technical and the tactical. You'll bring confidence, curiosity, and calm to a space where things are changing fast—and your ability to connect dots across systems and teams will make a real difference.
🟢 Please consider applying even if you don't meet 100% of what’s outlined 🟢
