As a Lead Engineer at hipages, you’ll help drive the development of our platform and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design scalable solutions and solve complex technical challenges.

How you will add value:

• Building infrastructure and platform tools to support future growth
• Developing APIs to enable integration with customers and third parties
• Implementing compelling DevOps processes and tools to support the hipages product delivery
• Participate in discussions of system architecture
• Help coach and upskill team members

About you:

• Cloud & Infrastructure experience, preferably AWS
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with containerisation technologies, preferably Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
• Bonus if you have
• Experience with microservice architectures
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Experience in programming languages/frameworks, e.g. Node.js, PHP
