We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic CRM & Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be responsible for owning our CRM and martech ecosystem—building the systems, campaigns, and automation that connect prospects to our brand and convert them into lifelong customers.
You’ll play a key role in taking our CRM and marketing operations from scrappy to scalable, ensuring we have the right tools, data, and journeys in place to support rapid growth across B2B channels—locally and globally.
Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 pa
What you’ll be doing
- Build and manage tactical lead gen email campaigns across the funnel
- Design and optimise automated journeys for prospects, customers, and recycled leads
- Partner with performance, content, and enterprise teams to deliver targeted lifecycle programs
- Own the roadmap and evolution of our martech stack to suit a scaling business
- Work closely with Sales, Tech, and RevOps to ensure CRM integrity and campaign attribution
- Develop and manage segmentation strategies for personalised, high-converting campaigns
- Track and report on key campaign metrics and performance insights
- Drive database hygiene, lead scoring, and enrichment practices
- Ensure compliance with communication preferences, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations
- Contribute to global go-to-market efforts by supporting region-specific compliance and localisation requirements
- Continuously test, learn, and improve campaign workflows, triggers, and touchpoints
What we’re looking for
- Proven 4+years experience in a CRM or marketing operations role in a B2B environment (finance or tech preferred)
- Experience taking CRM and MarOps from foundational to scalable in a high-growth company
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Ortto, or similar)
- Working knowledge of ABM tactics and tools
- Experience helping a business expand from Australia into other international markets
- Deep understanding of global compliance considerations including GDPR, and email preference management
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resourceful, and evolving environment
Nice to haves
- Experience with lead routing and scoring frameworks
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Segment, Tray.io)
- Exposure to product-led growth models
- Exposure to “Chat” as lead gen and lead nurturing channel
