We are seeking an interim Change Manager, who will play a key role in supporting the ongoing delivery and embedding of critical change and organisational development initiatives across THE ICONIC.
Reporting to the Regional People & Culture Director, this role will ensure continuity of support for in-flight projects, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and help maintain a positive employee experience
About The Role
Change & OD Support
Support the execution and embedding of current change and organisational development initiatives, ensuring continuity and stakeholder engagement
Partner with senior leadership and P&C Leaders to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure key internal and external stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive of ongoing changes.
Support the articulation and communication of the “case for change” to employees and leaders at all levels, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Project & Change Management
Lead or support end-to-end change management activities for strategic projects, from impact assessments to business readiness plans.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate change management milestones into project delivery and measure success post-implementation.
Coaching, Facilitation & Capability Building
Facilitate change management and organisational development capability programs, focusing on leadership and stakeholder management.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of P&C and other executives, providing insights and recommendations for navigating organisational changes.
What it takes..
Demonstrated experience in both change management and organisational development (HR), ideally within complex or matrixed organisations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate at all levels.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is valued.
Ability to design and execute effective change and OD plans that align with P&C and broader business objectives.
Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, or Organisational Development (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are valuedl.
Experience in digital transformation and supporting people initiatives such as team effectiveness, talent development, or culture programs is desirable.
