We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to our senior leadership team, on a 12 month max term contract. This role is crucial for someone with exceptional administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining high standards of support.
About The Role
- Provide timely and effective administrative support to some of the senior leadership team members, including calendar management, administrative processes, and travel coordination.
- Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements.
- Coordinate various events, including team and company-wide gatherings.
- Assist with project support and collaborate with other executive assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff to ensure the completion of key deliverables and follow-ups on outstanding items.
- Handle travel expense reconciliation and process purchase orders and vendor setups for the business.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to maximise administrative efficiencies.
- Support other executive assistants and the workplace team with department requests and activities.
- Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with external customers and colleagues.
What it takes..
- Extensive experience in an EA role supporting multiple executives
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Preferred Experience With Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team
- Deadline-driven, capable of managing one's own workload with minimal supervision
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
