As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of large enterprise clients, leading contract renewals and expansion opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our technical support, product, and sales teams to ensure customer success and drive net dollar retention goals. Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the eCommerce and Financial Services sectors, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding their business objectives
Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, owning the ongoing relationship and ensuring clients successfully implement and leverage the Insightech platform
Lead all contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell efforts by preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and securing on-time renewals and expansions to drive revenue growth
Collaborate closely with technical support, product management, and sales teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities that maximise customer value
Develop and execute strategic account plans for each customer, including regular business reviews and revenue forecasts, to align Insightech’s solutions with driving customer goals and outcomes
Proactively monitor and grow customer accounts, identifying risks or growth opportunities and implementing actions to meet or exceed Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in account management or sales in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, including consistently achieving renewal and upsell targets
Experience with enterprise clients in the eCommerce, banking, or financial services industries is highly desirable
Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional team environment (working with technical support, product, and sales teams)
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and common business tools (e.g. Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Eligible to work in Australia and willing to work in our Sydney office on a hybrid schedule
Experience with digital platforms, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), or other data-driven marketing technology solutions is preferred, along with experience in either the eCommerce or financial service industries
Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, particularly in technology or analytics companies, is preferred
