As the Customer Engagement Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging customers with new opportunities within the Qantas Business Rewards program. You will engage with a broad customer portfolio based on specific needs criteria, working to understand their business and travel requirements, identify opportunities for the business to extract additional value from the program, and influence the business to implement these changes.
This role involves engaging with customers over at least a 6-month period to explore opportunities and ensure sustained customer engagement. You will utilise available data to build a comprehensive understanding of the customer, build recommendations based on their booking behaviours and industry and monitor the impact of engagement to tailor ongoing
conversations.
This is also a key role in helping customers navigate the Qantas ecosystem, connect them with opportunities for further value, and engage them with offers and new products. The Customer Engagement Consultant is also responsible for capturing and sharing important market intelligence that is key to delivering ongoing investment in the Qantas Business Rewards program.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer related role
- Customer relationship management /customer experience management
- Developed communication, organisational and influencing skills, both
- internally and externally
- Intermediate to advanced used of all MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- CRM reporting systems and database management, including Salesforce, desirable Demonstrable experience in customer management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen
- Prior experience interpreting and using data
