About The Role
We're looking for a Campaign Lead to join our marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Campaign Executive who's ready to take the next step - leading integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue growth across our portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of annual marketing strategies
- Planning and delivering digital and print campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy for email, social, and paid campaigns
- Managing timelines, developing campaign briefs, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking campaign performance, drawing insights from data, and applying learnings to improve outcomes
- Staying across trends in agriculture, marketing, and media to identify opportunities for growth
Desired Skills And Qualifications
- Campaign management experience - ideally across digital, print, and social channels
- Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking
- Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver results
- Confident using analytics to inform decisions and optimise performance
- A collaborative mindset and clear communicator
- An interest in regional Australia or agriculture is a bonus
