This role is to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. We primarily use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with our customers using a thorough Quality Assurance process. We utilise several channels like email, push notifications, in-app messages, landing pages and SMS, and we operate in an Agile environment to maximise our focus and maintain strong partnerships. Each team's specialty allows for high quality delivery and continuous improvements to support Marketing and the whole of WooliesX.
We work closely with our Marketing teams and support different parts of the business like Everyday Rewards, eCommerce and Financial Services. We talk to our customers about all elements of Woolworths, like our supermarkets, BIG W promotions, BWS and a lot of other partners.
If you're a Woolworths customer who shops online or an Everyday Rewards member, you probably have seen a lot of digital promotions that you would work on in this role.
