This is a Junior Campaign Delivery Specialist / Campaign Delivery Intern role with WooliesX based in Surry Hills, NSW, AU.

Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. As a Junior Campaign Delivery Specialist or Campaign Delivery Intern, you'll work primarily within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with our customers, adhering to a thorough Quality Assurance process.
We utilize various channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messages, landing pages, and SMS. Operating in an Agile environment, we maximize our focus and maintain strong partnerships, with each team's specialty contributing to high-quality delivery and continuous improvements that support Marketing and the entirety of Woolworths Group.
You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing teams and support different parts of the business, such as Everyday Rewards, eCommerce, and Financial Services.
Our campaigns reach customers with information about all elements of Woolworths, including our supermarkets, BIG W promotions, BWS, and a variety of other partners. If you're a Woolworths customer who shops online or an Everyday Rewards member, you've likely seen many of the digital promotions you'd be working on in this role!
This is an Entry Level role designed for interns. Your primary responsibilities will involve HTML/CSS (or Multi-Channel Strategy), with secondary responsibilities in Stakeholder Engagement & Testing and QA (or Email Marketing & Marketing Automation). We're looking for individuals with strong collaboration, attention to detail, and social skills. A key skill for this role is a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns: You will assist in the day-to-day delivery of our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication with customers.
- Utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will implement a thorough Quality Assurance process to enhance customer communications.
- Collaborating with Marketing teams:Working closely with our Marketing teams, you will support various business areas like Everyday Rewards, eCommerce, and Financial Services.
Key Strengths
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes will be highly beneficial, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our digital communications.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role, enabling you to effectively collaborate and build strong partnerships with our diverse stakeholders.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is not a must but highly preferred, as you'll be primarily utilizing this platform for campaign delivery.
