Our client is the leading fashion, sports and lifestyle e-commerce destination in the region. Their e-commerce platforms (Retail, Marketplace and Services) provide a seamless and inspiring end-to-end customer experience.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to our senior leadership team, on a 12 month max term contract. This role is crucial for someone with exceptional administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining high standards of support.

About The Role

  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to some of the senior leadership team members, including calendar management, administrative processes, and travel coordination.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements.
  • Coordinate various events, including team and company-wide gatherings.
  • Assist with project support and collaborate with other executive assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff to ensure the completion of key deliverables and follow-ups on outstanding items.
  • Handle travel expense reconciliation and process purchase orders and vendor setups for the business.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to maximise administrative efficiencies.
  • Support other executive assistants and the workplace team with department requests and activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with external customers and colleagues.

What it takes..

  • Extensive experience in an EA role supporting multiple executives
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Preferred Experience With Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Deadline-driven, capable of managing one's own workload with minimal supervision
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
