About The Role

Sitting in a (relatively) new team, the Sales Systems & Process Effectiveness Analyst will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of our systems, such as Salesforce, to create a more seamless experience for our sales teams.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of process innovation and spearhead a great deal of change - asking the questions that nobody is asking and bridge the gap between current processes vs. best processes. In a Typical Day You Can Expect To

  • Explore sales process improvements (e.g. automation and simplification) that place the salesperson at the centre.
  • Engineer structured data capture that can be turned into valuable insights through Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Help the teams to leverage Salesforce as a communication tool and improve the ability to capture and log data such as meeting minutes.
  • Analyse how the teams are currently using the platform and where the opportunities are for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure Salesforce is used as a central hub for all sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to Salesforce usage and effectiveness.
  • Support the creation of training materials and resources to enhance Salesforce proficiency across teams.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to help inform improvements.

Our Ideal Person

Essentials:

  • A curious mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical aptitude for building and interpreting charts and tables.
  • A general interest in the Proptech industry.
  • Desire for a 6-12 month commitment.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills.
  • Confident in both oral and written communication.

Nice To Haves:

  • Some previous exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Previous experience in an Analyst role.
  • Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media or Real Estate.
