Our Graduate Program contains rotational opportunities across our business. This will see you experience a variety of roles across a two (2) year program.
If you have recently completed or currently completing the last year of a bachelor’s degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you;
Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical) or similar
About You
We’re looking for Graduates who:
Recently Completed, or in Final Year of Study
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic)
Business and Commercial acumen a plus
Care about Sustainability & Innovation as much as we do
Have a passion for Learning and a Growth Mindset
Strengths in Communication, Self-Awareness & Curiosity
Program Dates And Perks
Dates: February 2026 until January 2028
Our Graduate Program may contain 3 x 8 months rotations! This will see you experience a variety of roles across two (2) years.
Competitive salary and access to our great employee benefits (accrued leave, flexible working arrangements, parental leave, access to discounted retailers etc.)
Mentoring, Learning & Development Opportunities
Concluding each rotation, there will be a formal performance and salary review.
Eligibility to apply
An Australian or New Zealand citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
Visa holder with minimum 2yrs validity at the time of submitting your application with full working rights
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2023, 2024 or 2025
