This is an Associate Researcher - Executive Search role with Hays based in Sydney.

Your new role

Reporting to a long-standing Senior Business Director, your role as Researcher will be responsible for creating a suitable pipeline of candidates through a variety of attraction strategies and mapping activities. You’ll be required to engage with a large range of industry professionals generated from an unrivalled referral network and extensive database which has been established over many years. Our unparalleled brand and resources will enable you to actively identify and engage with the best candidates in the marketplace.

What you'll need to succeed

We are keen to consider candidates interested in talent management or account management and who have demonstrated capacity to pro-actively create attraction strategies, manage assignments, confidently engage with professionals, create trust and develop relationships based on your exceptional communication skills.
