THE ICONIC Production Team is made up of an energetic and skilled group of Photographers, Stylists, Hair & Makeup Artists, Retouchers, Content Writers and more. An environment different to any other at THE ICONIC, Production is a bustling hub of clothes and products making their way online for our customers to purchase.
The Graphic & Copy Manager will be responsible to Lead hands-on creative graphic design, including ideation, pitching, execution, and team direction as well as oversee the Graphics & Copy teams’ contributions to go-to-market stories, campaigns, and promotions.

What’s Involved…
- Manage the end-to-end creation of multimedia marketing assets.
- Review and provide feedback to ensure brand consistency and design quality.
- Ensure cohesive integration of design, copy, photography, and animation.
- Oversee creative output of in-house designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external teams.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
- Support team skill development and growth.
- Support scalability through documentation, process improvement, and resource management.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring to build a strong team.
- Manage project traffic and workload for timely delivery.
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in managing, motivating, and guiding a team to achieve set goals.
- Experience in retail graphic design preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning
