And we’re on the hunt for a talented junior CRO Specialist to join our buzzing (and flourishing) CRO team!

Day to day you’ll:

• Assist in designing, executing, and managing CRO programs end-to-end, including A/B and multivariate testing, user journey analysis, and funnel optimisation.
• Help lead and deliver CX improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, heatmaps, and data analytics, to inform actionable insights.
• Create comprehensive reports and recommendations that combine data storytelling with clear strategic direction.
• Manage client relationships effectively, acting as a trusted advisor for all optimisation and experience-related initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to deliver measurable improvements in KPIs.

We are looking for someone with:

• 1-2 years in CRO, CX, or a related field, with proven success in delivering optimisation programs.
• Bachelor degree in psychology, data analytics, UX design, and digital marketing highly regarded.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics), testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and research platforms (Lyssna, User testing)
• Skill in research methodologies, both qualitative (e.g., interviews, user testing) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, statistical analysis).
• Excellent client management and presentation skills.
