Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues across CARED, United for Care, and Vertika.
 - Handle licensing tasks, including procurement, renewals, compliance checks, and vendor coordination.
 - Oversee telco (telecommunications) management, such as monitoring network connectivity, coordinating with service providers, and optimizing communication systems.
 - Perform break/fix support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems on-site or remotely.
 - Conduct site visits across Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast to assess, maintain, and upgrade technical infrastructure.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tech needs and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
 - Document processes, issues, and resolutions to maintain accurate records and support knowledge sharing.
 - Assist with ad-hoc projects related to IT security, system upgrades, or emerging tech requirements.
 
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (internship focus).
 - Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, and telecommunications.
 - Familiarity with licensing and compliance in a tech environment is a plus.
 - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive "fix-it" mindset.
 - Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently or in a team.
 - Willingness to travel to sites across Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast (mileage reimbursement provided).
 - Availability for part-time hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week, flexible around studies).
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic diagnostic tools; experience with telco systems or break/fix support is advantageous but not required.
