We’re looking for curious, motivated grads who want to grow their skills across AI, systems engineering, and customer support. You’ll get structured training plus plenty of hands-on experience in areas like AI product development, product engineering and design, and cloud infrastructure.

You’ll start out in our Cloud Support team, helping customers get the most out of our AI tools.

From there, you’ll rotate through different engineering teams, work on real projects, pick up new technical skills, and present solutions to genuine business challenges — all with the support of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Work directly with the cloud systems customer support team to investigate issues, identify fixes and monitor the health of our AI cloud services.
• Solution Design & Projects: Engage in technology-driven customer projects (implementing AI, automation, or cloud solutions) and support strategic technology initiatives for the business.
• Product & Systems Engineering: Gain exposure to different technology systems and practices, including supporting and maintaining applications and infrastructure.
• Application Support: Work directly with the cloud systems customer support team to investigate issues, identify fixes and monitor the health of our AI cloud services.

Key Strengths

• AI product development: Experience with AI/ML development. Experience in the NVIDIA software stack would be a plus. And heads up! we'll ask you to talk through your work during interview.
• Cloud engineering: You have experience using kubernetes, AWS, Azure or similar platforms
• Product Engineering: You have lived experience with python, javascript, typescript, and react frameworks.
