About The Job
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team for a up to 12-month Parental Leave contract. This role is perfect for a proactive, creative, and data-driven professional with 2-3+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution. You’ll be a key member of the Marketing team, supporting the Head of Marketing to plan and execute innovative global marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
What you'll do
- Support lead generation across all markets through Sell By Chat and Content Lead Gen strategies.
- Assist in creating and executing high-volume Lead Magnets across multiple digital platforms.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to ideate, strategise, and execute virtual (webinars) and in-person sales events.
- Collaborate on email flows and automation strategies.
- Assist in crafting compelling narratives across social, search, and other media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Member Success) to align marketing activations with business objectives.
- Maintain reporting and performance monitoring, using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Contribute to brand strategy, competitor analysis, and annual/quarterly marketing plans.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a marketing role with exposure to multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic social, website, and email marketing), lead generation, and funnels.
- An understanding of lead generation, MQL, pipelines, and funnels.
- Basic ecommerce experience.
- Exposure to advertising experience (paid social and performance).
- An analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
