As an Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, maintaining and growing strategic customer revenue. You will champion the Qantas product offering and drive engagement with Qantas business accounts, executing sales strategies via the telesales channel. You will work closely with internal Qantas stakeholders and analyse customer data trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

As an Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, maintaining and growing strategic customer revenue. You will champion the Qantas product offering and drive engagement with Qantas business accounts, executing sales strategies via the telesales channel. You will work closely with internal Qantas stakeholders and analyse customer data trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
You’ll Have
- Experience within airline or travel industry desirable
- Customer relationship management in complex sales in a telesales environment
- Ability to read and interpret booking information in Amadues desirable
- Highly developed communication, organisational and influencing skills at senior levels, both internally and externally
- CRM reporting systems and database management, including Salesforce use desirable
- Demonstrable experience in customer account management
- Ability to read and interpret customer data, via Power BI or Excel
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent listening, negotiating and presenting skills
- Strong verbal and written communicating skills
