What you'll do
- Become the Sales Operations Hero: You'll be the backbone that keeps our sales engine humming, ensuring SDRs and Closers have everything they need to smash their targets. From CRM hygiene to real-time support, you'll be the go-to problem solver.
- Build Systems That Scale: You'll take ownership of our sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing automations that eliminate friction and boost close rates.
- Own the Data Story: You'll transform raw numbers into actionable insights, building dashboards that reveal performance trends, flag risks, and guide our strategic decisions. Your reporting will be the compass that steers our sales strategy.
- Champion Operational Excellence: You'll ensure our CRM stays clean, our pipelines flow smoothly, and our team operates like a well-oiled machine. No missed opportunities on your watch.
- Elevate Team Performance: You'll design and deliver training that gets new SDRs up to speed fast, while continuously refining playbooks and SOPs that drive consistent results across the board.
- Operations Expertise: You've got 5+ years in sales coordination, operations, or sales leadership support roles, with a proven track record of championing high-performing sales teams.
- Systems Thinking: You're a natural process architect who sees the big picture and loves building scalable, repeatable frameworks. You think in workflows, not just tasks.
- Tech Mastery: You're fluent in HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and you're not intimidated by automation tools.
- Data Detective Skills: You can slice and dice numbers in Excel/Google Sheets, spot trends others miss, and translate insights into action plans that move the needle.
- Communications Excellence: You're a clear, concise communicator who can train, support, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You don't wait for issues to become crises. You identify potential roadblocks and clear them before they impact the team.
