What you'll do
- Elevate member performance through creative strategy by leading advanced 1:1 and group coaching sessions that translate media buying performance into actionable creative strategies, resulting in measurable member growth and success
- Diagnose and resolve creative performance bottlenecks by auditing ad accounts to identify creative issues and delivering clear, outcome-focused solutions that stabilise and improve ad performance
- Strengthen creative curriculum and standards by collaborating with curriculum and creative teams to ensure training materials reflect the latest creative, media buying, and performance marketing practices
- Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials on content ideation, production, and performance marketing in collaboration with the curriculum and creative teams
- Research and share emerging trends in creative strategy, content production, and social media marketing to keep coaching sessions and materials relevant and effective
- Support members daily through platform engagement, emails, and messages, providing tailored, practical guidance on content creation, optimisation, and performance marketing strategies
- Contribute to team meetings and in-person member events, sharing insights, providing updates from the creative function, and driving excellence across coaching and content initiatives
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in media buying, creative strategy, and performance marketing
- Deep understanding of how creative drives sales performance for ecommerce brands
- Strong communication and storytelling skills - you can teach, coach, and inspire
- A proven track record of producing or directing high-performing paid and organic content
- You're organised, proactive and adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping others grow
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Zoom, Skool, or Wistia
