This role sits within our Pacific Zone Marketing Communications team—a collaborative, agile group that blends creativity, data, and purpose to shape how our customers experience Schneider Electric online. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of digital content, campaigns, and performance across the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion.

What You’ll Do
Content & Communications
- Create engaging digital content—articles, graphics, videos—tailored to customer personas and journey stages
- Support event communications: pre-event promotion, live coverage, post-event follow-up
- Curate and manage content for MySchneider, ensuring brand alignment and audience relevance
Website & Email Marketing
- Build and update web pages using CMS platforms, optimising UX and performance
- Design and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys
- Monitor email metrics and apply insights to improve engagement and conversion
Copywriting, SEO & SEM
- Write compelling copy for landing pages, ads, and social media
- Apply SEO best practices to boost organic visibility
- Support paid search campaigns with keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking
Testing & Optimisation
- Run A/B tests across email, web, and ads to identify high-performing elements
- Analyse results and recommend data-driven improvements to increase CTR and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and upgrade digital assets
Asset Production
- Coordinate visual asset creation—banners, infographics, videos—with internal and external agencies
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Who You Are
You’re a digital native with a strong foundation in content creation, campaign execution, and performance marketing. You love testing, learning, and evolving—and you’re always looking for smarter ways to connect with audiences.
- Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and optimisation
- Familiarity with tools like CMS platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities
- Motivated by purpose, creativity, and measurable impact
